Retractable close doesn’t hold.

The latch doesn’t hold the screen closed, so when pulled to close it snaps back on its own. Quite annoying and really scares my dog and myself. What hardware di I need? Thanks

Most retractable doors have a magnetic strip to hold them closed

These magnets can lose their attraction so you need to replace it.

If you know the manufacturer of the door you might luck out and find they have spare parts.

You can also add your own magnetic catches to the door. Most hardware stores carry magnetic catches for kitchen cabinets

These can be adapted to fit a retractable screen door
