We have an old Pella sliding screen door that is from the early 80's. It has a rectangular spline that I cannot find anywhere. I would like to fix the screen door instead of replacing the entire door. Is there any place where I can find replacement spline for this door?

Thanks for the great pictures

Many manufacturers in the 1960's used 1/4 x 1/4 grey pvc spline and aluminum spline formed into a box shape.

Even back in the 1940's they were using 1/4" diameter steel rod custom bent for every window screen

I would try replacing that with my 0.270 inch diameter black polyfoam spline. Should work just fine
