Need help finding a handle

The screw holes are 7 3/4 in on center. The oval shaped hole on the bottom houses the latch control. I can stick a screwdriver inside and unlatch the locks.

I got a used patio door without the handle. I live in a mid 80"s double wide. The screw holes are 7 3/4 in apart and every door handle I've seen is only 6 5/8 in apart. I have included pictures. Can you help me?

Missing patio door handle
by: Adrian

I think thats an old Milgard door because of the 1/4 inch square thumbturn key used to open and close it

Tried looking through their parts but their new handles dont use 7-5/8 inch spacing, they are smaller

Its possible local glass shops may have a handle if lots of these doors were installed in your city.

Worst case scenario you could make inside and outside handles from wood blocks and use a short length of 1/4" square steel key stock with a handle to open and close the door.
