Is this a screen door track?

I'm trying to install a sliding screen on my patio doors. It keeps popping off at the top. Sending a picture of what it looks like up there and I'm not sure this is a track at all. If it's not what do I need?

Either the rollers are broken or the door is too short, tough to tell without seeing some pictures of it.

In the picture its hard to tell whats inside and whats outside or if thats the top track or the bottom track

It looks like a normal patio door screen door track and it appears to be in good shape so i think its more likely the door is the problem
