Help with 1975 Pella Screen Door

I have purchased a home in Wyoming that has Pella windows from 1975. The screen door screen is missing on one side and the spline channel is 1/4 deep by 7/32 wide.

The other Pella screen door has rectangular spline and I'd like to match it. The problem being I'm not able to find this spline anywhere that I've looked. I can send you a picture if that would help, but I've not seen any rectangular (basically solid) spline for sale by anyone.



Any help, thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like 0.250 or 1/4" round polyfoam spline would work on the side screen in the storm door and 0.270 round polyfoam would be best on the sliding screen door with the square spline.

Both of these are available for sale on my spline page. I have used them to replace square spline on Pella doors as well as square aluminum spline on 1950's windows.
