Double sliding screen won’t come off track.

Both ends of this double slider are easy to slip off the track, but the middle, where the two doors to join will not release. How do I get that middle roller off the track? Roy

If the rollers have adjustment screws, make sure they are turned out enough to let the rollers go right up into the frame.

Sometimes wide patio doors will sag in the middle. Usually due to concrete step cracking or the wooden house frame shifting over time.

I use a 2x4 and a small hydraulic pump positioned near the middle to push the header bar up just enough to pop the door out.

If the sagging is really bad I also try to fix it by removing the casing on the inside of the patio door and pulling the shims out of the header and replacing them with thinner shims.

Once in a while you run into a door thats sagging so much theres is nothing you can do except reframe the opening
