Changing sliding door handle

Hi. Is it possible to change a regular locking sliding door handle with a turn key lock without having to replace the sliding door glass?

Yes I ahve lock cylinders for some types of handles.

If the handle was made with space for a lock then its just a matter of drilling out the hole where the lock goes and putting in a lock cylinder.

But not every handle is made to accept a lock. Would need pictures of your outside handle removed from the door to know for sure
