Cannot find correct size spline

Hello - I am trying to rescreen some 1995 RV screens. .12 spline won't work as it is such a tight fit, the screen rips in multiple locations. I ordered some .09 as it was the next smallest spline I could find.......sadly it is too small.

Appears I need either .109 or .11 spline but cannot locate it anywhere.........what now is the question.

Appreciate any help or guidance. Budget is an issue for me as I have lost my job and am preparing the trailer as a plan B in case I lose my home.

I'm having the hardest time finding 5/16th hard black spline with ridges fora Anderson screen door. Please help. This spline is semi hard plastic.i had a heck of a time getting it out!

I started offering the 0.09375 inch diameter spline after receiving a lot of requests for it from Airstream RV owners and from owners of other brands

Its possible to get 0.11 or 0.12 inch diameter but I need your contact information. Please use the email at the bottom of the home page at fixingscreens.com
