Hi I have a patio door screen that needs a bug strip…
I measured the inside slot around the screen. It’s 7.3mm
Will your bug strip fit?

I uploaded pictures showing the metric measurements of the bugstrip.

It will fit inside a groove measuring 7.3 mm, the actual size of the bugstrip is 7.6mm or a little more than 1/4 inch but it does compress to make a snug fit.

The overall thickness is 4.97mm which is a little less than 1/4 inch. There are tiny flaps on the bugstrip that snap over ridges on the inside edges of the screen door extrusion.

Overall width of the bugstrip is 31.6 mm or about 1-1/4 inches. This can be trimmed down if it rubs on the glass and affects the opening and closing of the door.
