My Hinge on my aluminum Door won't stay screwed to the Frame and When I Close the Door it would Pop off the Hinge and prevent the door from going into the Frame to Close.

I am assuming the screw threads in the door are stripped.
You might try drilling the screw holes a little bigger attaching the hinges with pop rivets.
That would work for a while but it sounds like the door is on its last legs
